Experience in traffic control and equipment movement coordination at construction sites

10 Commissioning Foreman
Minimum 5 years of experience in MHS or industrial system commissioning works
Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with automation/electrical teams

11 Mechanical Fitter – Commissioning Support
Experience supporting testing, alignment, adjustment, and troubleshooting during commissioning activities
12 Electricians – Commissioning Support
Experience in live testing support, troubleshooting, sensor checks, and commissioning assistance
13 IT Technician
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical works preferably in MHS or automation projects.
Experience in cable tray installation, conduit works, cable pulling, glanding, termination, and field device installation
Basic understanding of electrical drawings and troubleshooting.
14 Surveyor
Experience in construction or industrial project surveying works
Ability to handle Total station and leveling instruments and layout marking activities
Experience in CAD drawings
Able to prepare survey reports and coordinate with the client surveyor for inspections.
15 Rigger
Valid third party certificates
Experience in lifting operations, rigging activities, and material handling
16 Lifting Supervisor
Valid lifting supervisor third party certification
Experience supervising lifting activities and ensuring compliance with lifting plans and safety requirements
17 HSE Officer
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Valid IOSH certification (NEBOSH certification preferred).
Ability to conduct Safety Induction Training and Toolbox Talks in Hindi and Bangla.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, site inspections, incident reporting, and HSE regulations.
Proficient in preparing HSE reports, inspection records, and safety documentation.
Capable of coordinating with site management, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce to ensure HSE compliance.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
18 Welder
Minimum 3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, and installation works for construction projects
Possession of a valid third-party welding certification and welder qualification certificate for the applicable welding processes.
Skilled in structural steel welding, support fabrication, assembly activities, and the use of welding equipment.
Ability to read and work according to approved drawings, welding procedures (WPS), and supervisor instructions.
Knowledge of safe working practices, including hot work requirements, PPE usage, and project quality standards.
