Job Summary:

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive with a solid track record in the construction sector to drive sales and foster client relationships. You'll be tasked with lead generation, client engagement, understanding client needs, and sales coordination to meet targets.

Key Duties:

- Identify potential construction industry clients and generate leads.
- Network with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and market conditions.

- Pitch our services and develop tailored solutions with our technical team.
- Manage proposals, quotes, and contracts, and close deals to hit sales goals.
- Deliver post-sales service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain precise records in our CRM and attend industry events for networking.
- Keep informed on market and industry developments.
- Engage with colleagues for knowledge-sharing and strategy improvement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's in Business or similar.
- Proven sales success in construction.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal savviness.
- Proficiency in CRM software and strong product and construction knowledge.
- Ability to read architectural plans and work both independently and in a team.
- Travel readiness for various client and industry engagements.
