About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for portable cabins, modular buildings, prefabricated structures, and related construction solutions.
The successful candidate should have excellent technical and commercial knowledge, with the ability to understand client requirements and provide customized modular building solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Meet contractors, consultants, industrial companies, government organizations, and project owners to promote company products.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable portable cabin and modular building solutions.
• Prepare quotations, cost proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation department.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Follow up with customers until successful closure of deals.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction projects.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales reports to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in portable cabins, modular buildings, prefabricated structures, construction materials, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
