Description

We are looking for an Experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Jubail.

Nationality – Indians only

Duties and responsibilities
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms of business with new clients and close sales agreements.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and report on business development activities to top management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the manpower or staffing industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of manpower services, recruitment processes, and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Business Development Manager - Manpower: More than 2 years in Saudi Arabia (Required)
