About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience (or equivalent closely related technical experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing top-tier technical support to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide tier 1 & tier 2 technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and system issues across office environments.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software bugs, system crashes, network connectivity issues, and hardware failures in a timely manner.

System Setup & Maintenance: Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, peripheral devices, and operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS).

User & Access Management: Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, managing accounts, credentials, and access permissions in Active Directory / Cloud IDPs.

Network & Security: Help monitor local networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), enforce basic cybersecurity protocols, and ensure regular system updates and patches.

Documentation: Maintain accurate IT inventory, log support tickets, and update technical guides or standard operating procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: ~3 years of experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or closely related technical role.

Technical Skills: * Proficiency with OS management (Windows, macOS, or Linux).

Good understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote desktop support tools, and office productivity suites.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills under fast-paced conditions.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to work effectively with internal teams.

Certifications (Bonus): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or Cisco CCNA is a plus.
