Role Title :
Role Purpose:
To drive business growth by identifying and securing new project and service opportunities in the Fire
Protection and ELV sector. The role is responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, developing client and consultant relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective market engagement across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Tasks, Duties & Accountabilities (TDA)
 Develop and implement business growth strategies focused on project sales for Fire Protection and ELV systems
 Identify and generate new business opportunities for both projects and maintenance services
 Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation activities
 Identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful business opportunities
 Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with: Consultants, Main Contractors, MEP Contractors
 Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and site visits to identify potential opportunities
 Strengthen relationships with consultants to support project acquisition and approvals
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Job Specification
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:
 3 to 9 years of experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)
 Proven track record in Business Development within Fire Protection, ELV, or MEP sectors
 Strong exposure to project-based sales and contracting environment

Reporting To : Senior Manager - Operations

Competencies (Skills, Knowledge & Behavior):
 Strong business development and field sales experience
 Excellent relationship management and networking skills
 Good understanding of Fire Protection, ELV, and MEP systems
 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
 Good knowledge of local market dynamics
