REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in the field of Engineering or Business Administration.
2. with 15 years of experience as Operations Manager or Manager in Engineering & Industrial services company.
3. With KSA valid driving license.
4. Available for local iqama transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization: streamline and improve business processes which involves analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Resource Management: ensure that resources allocated effectively to maximize output while minimizing costs.
3. Quality Control: implement control measures to ensure that products and services meet predefined standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Team Leadership: leads teams and collaborates with various departments with strong leadership skills for motivating employees, fostering a collaborative culture, and promoting professional development.
5. Budgeting and Financial Management: oversee budgets related to operational expenses and must analyze financial reports, forecast future financial performance, and identify areas for cost reduction without sacrificing quality.
6. Supply Chain Management: manage the supply chain which includes procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure that products & services are delivered on time and in full.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting: utilize data analytics to make informed decisions by tracking performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights that guide strategic direction.
