Description

Assemble electronic components, devices, and products on the production line according to technical drawings and work instructions.
Conduct quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet design specifications.
Operate and maintain assembly equipment, such as soldering machines, testing instruments, and automated pick-and-place machines.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices when quality issues arise.
Assist in the setup and calibration of assembly line machinery and equipment.
Ensure the assembly area is clean and organized, complying with safety and 5S standards.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
Report any machinery malfunctions or product defects to the supervisor for immediate resolution.
Follow company procedures related to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention and anti-static measures.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or manufacturing is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards for electronic assemblies.
Experience with automated assembly lines and robotics.
