• Bachelor degree
• (Engineering, computer science or MIS is desired)
Job Description:
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Odoo system.
• Create user manuals, document ERP processes, and prepare deployment progress updates
• Work closely with the team to understand Odoo functionality and identify issues.
• Analyze and resolve reported issues.
• Deal with a lot of daily tasks, tickets and emails.
• Maintain and update Odoo system.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Must have a sense of ownership to ensure smooth daily operation of all ERP applications
• Strong understanding of business processes across various domains and Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, and Accounting, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and exceptional time management.
• Must be self-initiative and self-driven, capable of taking proactive steps to address challenges and improve processes within the scope of the role.
• Ability to work with employees in all levels and implement changes
• Organized, customer service minded and detail oriented
