Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
Contract Type: SMP (Long‑term)
Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within max 3 weeks ONLY.

Key Responsibilities

Commissioning & Technical Activities
Execute and supervise all electrical pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities.
Review and approve electrical deliverables, procedures, and pre‑commissioning dossiers.
Witness and monitor functional tests, energization activities, and system readiness.
Oversee switchgear and switchboard operations during commissioning.
Coordinate high‑voltage network energization (up to 240 kV) with EPCC and Proponent teams.
Ensure proper implementation of OPERCOM® and ICAPS® tools throughout commissioning.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical commissioning within oil & gas or petrochemical plants.

Hands‑on knowledge of EPCC contract environments.
Proficiency in OPERCOM® methodology and ICAPS® software.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Methodical, structured, and detail‑oriented.
Strong team player with excellent coordination skills.
Able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural site environment.
