🚨 Urgent Hiring – Mechanical Commissioning Specialist (Rotating Equipment)
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Preferred Nationalities: Western/ Saudi Nationals/ Asian

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Specialist (Rotating Equipment) for a major petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia.
Basic Function
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for rotating equipment are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with OPERCOM® methodology and the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure full HSE compliance during all rotating equipment commissioning activities.
Coordinate, review, and approve the quality and completeness of commissioning deliverables.
Assist Commissioning Unit Leaders in witnessing and monitoring commissioning activities.
Review pre-commissioning dossiers and ensure proper care and preservation of rotating equipment by the EPCC Contractor.
Monitor commissioning progress and review operational test procedures.
Coordinate with construction, operations, and other disciplines to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to startup.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in rotating equipment commissioning within petrochemical or oil & gas facilities.
Strong experience in Rotating Equipment and HVAC Commissioning.
Sound knowledge of EPCC contract management, OPERCOM®, and ICAPS©.
Methodical, organized, and able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Previous TotalEnergies project experience is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are highly preferred..
