Position: Sous Chef
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of international cuisine and culinary techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Passion for food, creativity, and innovation.
Must be currently residing in Riyadh and ready for an immediate interview.
