Job Description:
The Surveyor will be responsible for performing a variety of surveying tasks to collect and analyze data for construction, land development, and engineering projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate measurements, site plans, and layout instructions are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct land surveys and field measurements using GPS, theodolites, and other equipment.
Prepare detailed site drawings, maps, and reports based on collected data.
Verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Provide layout instructions for construction crews and monitor progress.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project requirements are met.
Analyze and interpret survey data to ensure precision and accuracy in calculations.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying .
Proficiency with survey equipment such as GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of surveying methods, techniques, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently on projects.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
