Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to identify and secure contracts with manpower companies. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1, Develop and implement strategies to acquire new contracts from manpower companies.
2, Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
3, Negotiate contract terms and ensure alignment with company objectives.
4, Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or contract management, preferably in the recruitment industry.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

License: Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Speaking Arabic is advantage

Working Conditions:

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
