### Job Responsibilities

1. **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

3. **Product Knowledge**:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's digital card products and services.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of digital cards.

4. **Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

5. **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

6. **Order Processing**:
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of digital cards to customers.

7. **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

8. **Training and Development**:
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new products.

### Qualifications

1. **Education**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital products or technology sector.

3. **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. **Personal Attributes**:
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.

5. **Language**:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.

- Valid Saudi driving license.
