Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our email marketing strategy to increase customer engagement, drive product awareness, and generate qualified leads in the medical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and product announcements, meta ads.

Segment email lists based on user behaviors and engagement.

Design responsive email templates (in line with brand and regulatory guidelines).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions).

Manage email tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Sendinblue, or similar platforms.

Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Collaborate with the sales and design teams for aligned content and visuals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing (at least 2 years preferred).

Strong copywriting and communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).

Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, Zoho).

Basic understanding of HTML and email design best practices.

Should be able to work on Meta Ads.

Knowledge of the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
