Scope of Work for IT Support Technicians

1. Installation and Configuration:
- Games and Software:
- Install and configure a wide range of video games on PCs and gaming consoles, including downloading, updating, and managing game files.
- Set up and configure GGLeap and GGrock software for game management and user experience optimization.

- PlayStations and Consoles:
- Install, update, and troubleshoot games on PlayStation consoles, including managing system settings and game files.

2. Hardware and Software Troubleshooting:
- PC Repairs:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of issues with PCs, including hardware malfunctions (e.g., power supply, motherboard, hard drives) and software problems (e.g., operating system errors, application crashes).
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system optimizations, updates, and virus scans.

- Display Screens:
- Repair and troubleshoot issues with display screens, including monitors and in-game displays, addressing problems like flickering, dead pixels, and connectivity issues.

- Simulators:
- Diagnose and resolve problems with simulator hardware and software, ensuring proper functionality for an immersive experience.

3. Technical Support:
- Gaming Systems and Consoles:
- Provide support for various gaming systems and consoles, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, performance problems, and system errors.

- Hardware and Software:
- Address all hardware and software issues related to PCs, gaming consoles, and simulators, ensuring systems are running optimally.

4. Monitoring and Spectating:
- Game Spectation:
- Monitor and spectate games as needed for performance analysis, troubleshooting, or quality assurance.

5. General IT Support:
- Offer general technical support and assistance for various IT-related issues, ensuring systems are secure, functional, and performing efficiently.

6. Other Tasks:
- Handle additional technical tasks as required, adapting to emerging needs and technologies in the gaming and IT landscape.
