Position Title:
Software Developer & IT Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer & IT Support Specialist to develop, maintain, and support company software systems and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for software development, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware/network systems, and supporting daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Develop web-based and desktop applications as per company requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
• Coordinate with departments to understand system requirements.
IT Support & Infrastructure
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and network systems.
• Maintain company servers, internet connections, CCTV, and backup systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
• Manage email systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Perform regular system updates and data backups.
Additional Duties
• Ensure cybersecurity and antivirus protection.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Support ERP systems and production software if applicable.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software development and IT support.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with databases, networking, and system administration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Web development and mobile application development.
• ERP system support experience.
• Knowledge of cloud systems and cybersecurity.
• Experience with SQL databases and API integration.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time position.
• Ability to handle urgent IT troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Team-oriented and able to work under pressure.
