Description

We are currently seeking a QC (Quality Control) BMS Engineer to join our team and provide clients with the highest quality services.
Legal Requirements:
Valid Iqama minimum 3 month validity in expiry date
Ajeer paper / Kafeel Authority Letter
. The QC BMS Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Building Management Systems (BMS) installations and operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of BMS engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

Conducting quality control inspections and audits of BMS installations and systems.
Reviewing BMS design documents and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Performing functional testing and commissioning of BMS systems to verify proper operation and performance.
Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols for BMS projects.
Identifying and documenting deficiencies or non-conformities in BMS installations and systems.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
Providing technical support and guidance to field personnel during BMS installation and commissioning phases.
Documenting inspection findings, test results, and corrective actions in detailed reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Quality Control (QC) within the BMS or building automation industry.
Strong knowledge of BMS hardware, software, and control systems.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA).
Experience in conducting inspections, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
