Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design creative concepts for various projects, including advertisements, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create and edit visual content using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies.
Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful designs.
Receive feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
Prepare final files for printing and digital distribution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers.
