We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our culinary and service team in the following positions:

Head Chef
Responsibilities:

Lead the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
Design and implement innovative menus.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies.
Train and mentor kitchen staff.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Exceptional culinary skills and creativity.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:

Prepare specific sections of the menu with precision and creativity.
Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Assist in menu planning and development.
Qualifications:

Experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.
Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team.
Good understanding of food safety practices.
Demi Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:

Support the Chef De Partie in preparing and cooking dishes.
Ensure high standards of food presentation and quality.
Help manage kitchen inventory and stock.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist in training junior staff.
Qualifications:

Experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar position.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Commis Chef
Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order.
Support senior kitchen staff as needed.
Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Qualifications:

Basic cooking experience or culinary school training.
Eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good understanding of food hygiene standards.
Barista
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
Waiter/Waitress
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to customers.
Take orders and serve food and beverages.
Ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus.
