About the Job Opportunity

A startup company in Saudi Arabia is planning to hire an experienced programmer to work in AlKhobar to complete and manage a SaaS based B2B platform. The application is currently under development, and it will be completed in the coming two to three months (July to September).

The company is looking for a dedicated resource who possesses coding skills with problem solving ability and can comprehend and analyze the business logic in depth to find out the best possible solution.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a college degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in full stack programming. He should have a strong experience in Backend development of web-based applications using PHP with the Laravel framework, as well as proficiency in OOP, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, AJAX, Node.js, Flutter, React Native, SAAS, CSS3, Bootstrap, HTML5, Photoshop, and other standard development tools. For hybrid mobile application development proficiency of any frameworks is mandatory.

Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in software architecture design and configuring cloud-based infrastructures. He should be capable of reviewing the development process and implementing efficient coding practices. Experience in developing B2B web and mobile applications, including accounting and ERP modules, is essential.

Fluency in English is required, along with experience in business management and technical leadership for team management.

Expertise in software architecture design and configuring cloud-based infrastructures is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing and sales is preferred. Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Net-Insight, Omniture, and Web-Trends is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Write “clean”, well-designed code based on agile development methodology.
• Manage the backend development of the system with hybrid mobile application design.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and database to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Configuration & management of the system on AWS, building, and integrating Restful APIs, payment gateways, overseeing data protection, security, network, & maintenance.
• Utilizing version-controlling systems like Git/Bitbucket, GitLab and GitHub.
• Independently solving technical issues and collaborating and contributing to the team.
• Developing and updating applications, researching new technologies, and recommending the most effective solution to retain the effectiveness and scalability of the product.
• Resolving customer issues, improving landing page design, and enhancing user interface.
• Conducting meetings with potential customers to promote company services and increase sales and revenues.
• Planning and executing all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaign.
• Designing, building, and managing the company's social media presence.
• Responsible for promoting the company's brand online and increasing sales through various marketing campaigns.
