Dear Applicants,

We are looking for MTCE Planner qualifying below JD's.

SITE: HADEED JUBAIL
DURATION: 01 month
CATEGORY: Freelancer /Rental
HOURLY RATE: 52 SAR - 56 SAR []based on interview]

1. Planning H1 by confirming notification approval, creating WO, secure all resources (material, manpower, services .. etc.) and TECO WO in SAP.
2. Planning DD activities by confirming selected jobs and release it, secure all resources (material, manpower, services .. etc.) and TECO WO in SAP.
3. Withdrawal W/H material . That include creating WO, create reservation, follow-up with W/H team and logistic and ensuring the desired spare is collected and handed it over to requestor.
4. Creating Material ID request with MM and follow it up till it completed.
5. Reviewing/ optimizing and creating maintenance package.
6. Maintain regular check for VB and PD material in W/H.
Creating PRs for PD material and follow it up with MM.
8. Following up POs creation and releasing with MRO and track the material till it reach to our site.
9. Create and follow up SBR till it reach the site.
10. Maintain pick up point clear always by carrying out the related tasks (W/S notification, MRS, Scrap .. etc.).
11. Maintain good Commnication with MRO about technical evaluation.
12. Creating W/S notification and following with W/S for WO creation and meeting basic finishing date.
13. Communicate with planning engineer about scrap capital spare.
14. Maintenance KPI.
15. Receiving task from direct manager.
