BIM Manager

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management or related roles within the AEC industry.
2. Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant platforms.

3. Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
7. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
9. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.


• Should have valid transferrable IQAMA.
