About Us
BC Café is a specialty coffee and dessert brand established in 2011, currently operating two locations with a third opening soon. We are looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our production team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce daily desserts and baked goods to approved quality standards
Follow standardized recipes and portioning; control costs and minimize waste
Contribute to developing new items and improving existing recipes
Monitor raw material quality, expiry dates, and stock organization
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in pastry and dessert production
Mastery of all cake types (layered, sponge, cheesecake, occasion cakes)
Skilled in cookies, crepes, waffles, pancakes, and cream-based desserts
Skilled in ganache, sauces, and chocolate work
Full command of the complete pastry sequence — doughs, creams, and fillings through to finishing and presentation
Ability to work accurately and efficiently during peak hours
Working knowledge of English
Transferable Iqama preferred
