LEAD INSTRUCTOR – PART-TIME

KAFAH International Training Institute Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

KAFAH International Training Institute is hiring a Lead Instructor to support academic delivery, maintain teaching standards, guide instructors, and contribute to academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support curriculum delivery.
• Select textbooks, digital tools, and teaching resources.
• Maintain academic standards and support assessments.
• Coordinate classes, assessments, and student progress.
• Support instructor recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation.
• Conduct classroom observations and ensure academic guidelines are followed.
• Oversee student placement and academic support.
• Use LMS platforms and teaching technologies.
• Support management with new programs and academic compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years teaching or academic coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred

• LMS experience.
• Teacher training or academic supervision experience.
• Strong documentation and policy-writing skills.
