Description

Reformer Tubes and Cracking Coils manufacture's &Valve Overhauling:

Checking Tube Condition by Visually as per Purchase Order, Approved ITP, MPO, WPS, PQRS,
2. Customer Witness,
3. Checking Centrifugal Cast tube Condition,
.4 Attend Daily Tool box Meeting,
5. 5S activities,
6. Following Supervisors Instructions,
.7 Checking Tube Dimensions as per approved Drawing,
8. Penetrant Inspection, Visual Inspection, UT Inspection, Borescope, Roughness Inspection and Eddy Current Inspection, Bevel and Weld Inspection, Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Inspection etc.,
9. Receiving Inspection of valve Overhauling parts.,
10. Checking Material with Calipers, Depth gauge, Template, Bridge cam, Thickness Gauge and Electronic Gauges and Ensure chemical composition with PMI machine,
11. Chemical Analysing with Optical Emission spectrometer and PDA-7000,
12. Calibration,
13. Tube ID, OD, Eccentricity, MSW, MW confirm with manufacturing drawing,
14. Bevel Dimension check with Vernier calipers, Thickness gauge, scale, Bevel angle etc.,

EXPERIENCE:3-5 years
Dgree: Diploma mechanical only
