Job Description:
As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects across various departments within our organization. Your role will encompass project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, and project management best practices. Excellent writing and communication skills are crucial for effective coordination and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Apply your strong IT engineering background to effectively manage and guide technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize your expertise in project management tools, such as Oracle Primavera, to streamline project workflows and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices, ensuring compliance throughout project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, track progress, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement in project management processes and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen to drive process improvements and optimize project outcomes.
• Create comprehensive documentation from scratch, including project charters, requirements documents, and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards throughout project execution.
• Utilize Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to effectively manage software development and product lifecycle processes.
• Implement and maintain ISO standards compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant certifications.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of project deliverables.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential issues, and implementing appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
• Adapt Agile project management methodologies to project-specific requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and managed services, to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or a related field. MBA mandatory
• Proven experience as a Projects Manager, specifically in an IT engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Experience in developing documentation from scratch, including project charters, requirements documents, and project plans.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards compliance.
• Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards compliance and the ability to implement and maintain ISO certifications.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with quality assurance teams.
• Experience in managing and mitigating project risks.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
