-BSc Engineering with TEN (10) years of estimating experience related to oil, gas, petrochemical refinery projects or facilities.
-Ability to develop and analyze engineering and construction man hours.
-Familiar with estimating tools (Aspentech ACCE, Timberline, or MS Excel based).
-With Saudi Aramco, KJO or SABIC cost estimating experience.
-Familiar with Saudi Aramco SAEP-25 requirements and use of Estimate Form ER-56D.
