Architect Wanted – Riyadh

Our company is seeking an Architect to work in Riyadh.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

3-5 years of experience in architectural design and site management.

Proficiency in preparing architectural plans and designs using specialized engineering software.

Experience in project supervision and on-site work monitoring.

Ability to coordinate with consultants and contractors and manage work teams.

Good knowledge of building regulations and applicable engineering codes.

Strong communication and technical reporting skills.

Current residency in Riyadh is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and developing architectural designs and plans.

Supervising on-site work and monitoring quality of execution.

Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure the project progresses according to schedule.

Reviewing shop drawings and resolving technical issues during execution.

Preparing and submitting periodic reports to management.
