Job Title: Facade Architect / Facade Engineer

Role Summary
We're looking for a Facade Architect to lead the design, detailing, and documentation of building envelope systems for industrial and data centre projects. You'll take facade concepts from schematic design through construction-ready detailing, ensuring compliance with local design authority guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop elevations, sections, and construction details for building envelopes (GRC, aluminum cladding, curtain wall, louvers, glazing systems)
- Design and detail panel connections, sub-frames, brackets, shadow gaps, and thermal insulation assemblies
- Ensure all facade materials, colors, and systems comply with applicable design guidelines (e.g., KSIADC or equivalent authority codes)
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and contractor teams to resolve facade-to-structure interfaces
- Prepare material and finish schedules with approved colors/specifications
- Produce and review CAD/BIM drawings (AutoCAD, Revit) for design submittals and construction issue

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in facade design/detailing, ideally on industrial, data centre, or Gulf-region (KSA/UAE) projects
- Strong knowledge of rainscreen cladding systems (GRC, aluminum composite, perforated panels)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Familiarity with regional design authority approval processes (e.g., KSIADC, ADDA, DM)
- Ability to read and produce detailed connection/section drawings

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of thermal performance and low-E glazing specifications

- تصميم وتفصيل وصلات الألواح، والإطارات الفرعية، والدعامات (Brackets)، والفواصل الظلية (Shadow Gaps)، وأنظمة العزل الحراري.
- ضمان مطابقة جميع مواد الواجهات وألوانها وأنظمتها لإرشادات التصميم المعمول بها (مثل معايير KSIADC أو الهيئات المماثلة).
