1. Diploma in Information Technology with at least five (5) years of experience in the field of technical support for devices and their accessories, or a higher degree.
2. To have skill in maintaining, identifying faults, and repairing desktop and laptop computers, scanners, printers, visual display devices, and electronic whiteboards.
3. He must have experience in installing operating systems, formatting operating disks, installing office programs and other software, and identifying technical problems.
4. It is preferable to have a certificate in Comp TIA A+.
5. It is preferable to have an HP printer maintenance certificate.
6. He must have good communication skills.
7. He has experience in installing and maintaining desktop/laptop computers/scanners/printers and visual projectors.
8. He must have experience in troubleshooting mobile phone software malfunctions (such as replacing the screen, cover, and panel).
9. He must have a valid Saudi driving license.
10. Proficiency in English.
