HIRING – MACHINE SHOP, FOUNDRY SHOP & WELDING SHOP MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to join our Machine Shop & welding shop maintenance team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency breakdown maintenance of manual and CNC machine shop and welding shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, install, dismantle, reassemble, test, and commission machine tools and workshop equipment.
• Maintain workshop machinery including horizontal boring machines, Lathes, Milling machines, Surface grinders, Radial drills, Pedestal drills, Balancing machines, Shearing machines, Plate rolling machines, Tube rolling machines, Pipe rolling machines, Portable milling and facing machines, Hydraulic presses, Hydraulic power packs, Tube expanders, Benders, Pullers, Compressors, Steam cleaners, abrasive blasting machines, etc.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including bearings, Gears, Shafts, Couplings, Spindles, Guideways, Lead screws, Ball screws, Chucks, Lubrication systems, Cooling systems, Hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, etc.
• Perform machine alignment, leveling, calibration support, precision measurements, equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and machine accuracy verification.
• Carry out fabrication, fitting, grinding, cutting, welding support, and modification work as required.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in machine maintenance within a machine shop or welding shop environment.
• Good knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication.
