We are CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING KSA BRANCH
Now we need Environmental & Sustainablity Manager
7 Years exp requirment
working location: NEOM
30000 sr per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of environmental plans and documents including risk assessments, inspection reports, and other required reports.
• Manager consultants implementing environmental monitoring
• Perform regular inspections, and audits
• Liaise with environmental issues
• Undertaking Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assessments
• Completing sustainability plans
• Conducting site assessments and producing reports on findings
• Initiating renewable energy assessments
• Advising on the latest low or zero-carbon technologies
• Organising and attend meetings
• Communicating plans to project teams and senior staff
• Other duties as directed

REQUIERMENTS:
• A degree in Environmental Management or similar
• Minimum 5 years working on construction/infrastructure projects as Environmental Manager
• Must be able to prepare environmental project plans and documents (CEMP )
• Happy to work in remote area
Precast Experience is preferred
