We are representing a well-established company in Riyadh with a workforce of 10-20 employees engaged in various business activities, including distribution, Projects & Ecommerce focused on Physical Security, Smart Homes & IOT.

Currently, we are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated E-Commerce Specialist to manage sales on various online marketplaces, including Amazon, Noon, and Salla. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience inside Saudi Arabia and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced digital/e-commerce environment. This role involves creating and managing product listings, optimizing content, analyzing sales trends, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
-Create and optimize product listings on E-Commerce platforms, including accurate product details, descriptions, images, and pricing.
-Manage stock inventory, including replenishment and removal of aging stock, to ensure product availability.
-Handle day-to-day operations of the online store, including order fulfillment and timely shipping.
-Optimize product listing content and keywords to improve visibility and search rankings.
-Conduct research and analyze sales trends to identify new opportunities and products.
-Ensure listings are in the buy box and maximize marketplace opportunities.
-Maintain and manage existing listings, making necessary updates and improvements.
-Process and invoice sales transactions accurately and promptly.
-Coordinate marketing activities across all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and content creation.
-Monitor competitive listings and product pricing on all marketplaces.
-Research and identify new marketplaces to expand online presence.
-Review customer feedback, answer queries, and coordinate responses to technical inquiries.
-Monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes to stay competitive in the market.
-Analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales performance.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Amazon & Noon marketplaces in Saudi Arabia.
-Proficient in selling on Amazon, Noon, Salla, and other online marketplaces.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and graphics designing software.
-Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze marketplace data and sales analytics for forecasting and decision-making.
-Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce preferred.
-Familiarity with the consumer electronics/consumer CCTV industry is a plus.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
-Experience with email marketing, search engine marketing, and Google Analytics.
-Knowledge of SEO/SEM, web designing and development, and digital marketing.
-Proficient in Amazon Marketing Services and other relevant platforms.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and SEO.
