Description

Ultra Power Future Company (UPFC) is looking for an experienced and qualified SEC C1 Work Permit Receiver (WPR) to join our team for Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects in Saudi Arabia.

Position

SEC Approved C1 Work Permit Receiver (WPR)

Key Requirements
Valid SEC C1 Work Permit Receiver approval/certification – Mandatory.
Previous experience working on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in SEC Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and safety requirements.
Good knowledge of electrical safety procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of safety requirements.
Ability to prepare Safety Reports related to the received work permits and activities.
Ability to verify worksite safety conditions, PPE, isolation, work boundaries, and required precautions before and during work.
Experience coordinating with SEC representatives, Permit Issuers, site engineers, supervisors, and safety personnel.
Previous experience in projects involving:
Transmission Line Protection Panel Replacement
MV Switchgear (MV SWGR) Replacement
Power Transformer Replacement / Installation / Testing
Experience with shutdown activities, electrical isolation, switching, and Permit to Work procedures.
Good understanding of electrical protection systems and HV&MV equipment is highly preferred.
Ability to receive, monitor, control, and close work permits in accordance with SEC requirements.
Ability to prepare daily Safety / Permit Reports.
Transferable Iqama is preferred.
Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
