Quality Assurance Manager for VTPEF

Role and Responsibilities
Quality Management Representative.
Plan and supervise the activities of the QA and QC functions and monitor their progress according to the workloads.
Managing and leading quality systems, related audits, and their results.
Ensuring all activities and systems are continuously in compliance with QMS processes.
Monitor and report all QMS performances and propose improvements where needed.
Promote awareness of customer requirements and all requirements at all levels of the organization. Also, all applicable mandatory regulations to ensure the quality of finished products.
Draw up, verify, and approve procedures, operating instructions, and technical specifications, in collaboration with the QA and QC functions and with other managers involved and verify their effective implementation.
Issue and verify all the procedures related to quality in the company.
Qualify suppliers, plan, and carry out audits in collaboration with the QA and QC functions.
Oversee attended inspections by customers and third parties.
Train and inform, in collaboration with the QA function, all staff members about the issues of quality, and verifying the effectiveness of the training.
Complete management of non-conformities (full cycle).
Carry out the risk assessment associated with the quality and delivery of products, propose to institutions involved appropriate control measures, and, where necessary, dedicated contingency plans.
Provide technical support to other business departments.
Prepare periodic training plans with the competent staff.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC. OR

? Diploma in engineering with minimum 15 years of experience. OR

? For other studies a minimum of 20 years’ experience in similar role in valves business.

? Knowledge in standards and regulations related to the products of the company.

? Fluent in English.

Experience & Competency Requirements
? Experience based on education level (specified above). Or holding engineering degree and QA/QC experience & knowledge in the company for at least five years.

? Ability to coordinate and direct a team, to relate to one's collaborators: understanding, motivating, and communicating.

? Authoritativeness and developed orientation to the identification of problems and their solutions.

? Ability to work towards identified goals.

? Good knowledge of application and operating systems related to products.

? Knowledge and reading of mechanical drawing.

? Understanding of all applicable standards (ISO, API, ASME…etc.)
