We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Riyadh, Jeddah

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the commercial and residential sectors who are interested in implementing green building solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

• Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and understand their needs and requirements.

• Present and demonstrate our green building solutions to clients, showcasing the benefits and advantages.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts.



Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Knowledge and passion for building Materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
