Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of MEP construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
Ensure that all MEP work complies with local codes and regulations, as well as industry best practices.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is progressing as planned and that quality standards are being met.
Manage project change orders and ensure that they are properly documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Lead and manage a team of MEP professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in MEP project management in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
