Company Overview:
Global Oman Trading Company is a leading international trading company based in Saudi Arabia. We specialize in the import and distribution of a wide range of products, including consumer goods, electronics, and industrial equipment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Van Salesman to join our team.

Position: Van Salesman
Location: Saudi Arabia (accommodation provided)
Salary: Highly competitive, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to promote and sell company products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve sales targets by actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Manage product displays and merchandising in retail outlets to maximize product visibility and sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback to the management team.
Prepare sales reports, order forms, and other relevant documentation accurately and timely.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Continuously update knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Van Salesman or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
Transferrable Iqama
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Strong negotiation and selling skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills to generate sales reports and maintain customer records.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job.
Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
