Crane Operator-Elect tech-Mechanical technician
here below scope of work to be performed by Skilled manpower and Aramco approved,

Crane operation: (job only for loading and unloading times) ,
• Aramco approved license
• Crane rental , The total weight of the each load will be maximum 10 MT. based on that, lifting plan and method of statement to be provided
• 4 manpower provide to lift skid and container at site

2. One Electrical technician: ( job required only for skid installation- 1 month )
• Tool kit is must for the electrical technician
• Power supply from Aramco to be checked thoroughly. (460 V/60 Hz)
• Required power cable to be brought with the technician’s advice.
• Connection from the Aramco resources to our skid to be fitted.
• By looking at the skid, any extra fittings to be informed on the same day, so that it can be purchased near Riyadh;
• The skid has junction box which has four switches for the pumps and other requirements.
• Pump cables to be fixed inside the junction boxes
• Wahal mixer power line to be connected from the junction box.
• A/C container power cable to be fixed with the electric supply from Aramco

3. One Mechanical technician: ( job required only for skid installation 1 month)
• Tool kit is must for the mechanical technician
• Extra fittings to be informed prior to the installation such as hoses, couplings, other fittings etc.
• By looking at the skid, any extra fittings to be informed on the same day, so that it can be purchased near Riyadh.
• Chemical day tank and the skid parts to be connected with the provided flexible hose.
• Discharge flexible hose from the skid to the injection location to be fixed. (require Aramco permit)
• The technician should have the minimum knowledge of diesel compressor operation like how to switch on and off;
• From the compressor, the discharge air to be connected with manifold (expect 5 outlets)
• Wahal IBC mixer to day tank: hose connection to be fixed for each day tanks.
• Check the pump dampener fixed correctly.
• Check the flange guards are properly fixed.
• Ensure the complete set up is as per the plan.
