Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for day-to-day operations and developing restaurant team members.
Control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Maintain the highest level of quality for food & service delivery and ensure that they are in line with the brand’s standards.
Build and maintain relationships with the restaurant’s customers by managing the application of customers’ feedback and providing best-in-class service to ensure customers’ satisfaction and retention.
Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
Monitor F&B costs, labor costs, inventory, scheduling, and ordering on a daily basis and identify measures to cut waste.
Find new ways to improve efficiency and process within the operation.
Works closely with Outlet Manager in a supportive and flexible manner
Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
.Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of the house.



KEY INGREDIENTS


Previous experience within a premium Restaurant.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good financial management skills with the ability to read financial reports and forecasts.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Experience creating, implementing and training SOP’s.
