and we are looking for a dedicated team member to take charge of it.

The Role

You will manage our stock from the moment goods arrive to the moment they leave. That means receiving shipments, organizing the warehouse and shop shelves, tracking quantities, and making sure we never run out of fast-moving items or hold too much of slow ones. You will work closely with our sales team, accountant, and drivers to keep records and physical stock in agreement.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments, check them against purchase orders and supplier invoices, and report shortages or damages
Label, organize, and store products so items can be found quickly (by category, size, rating, and brand)
Update stock records daily in our system for all receipts, sales, returns, and transfers
Carry out regular cycle counts and full stock takes, investigating and resolving any differences
Monitor stock levels and alert management when items reach reorder points
Prepare and issue orders for counter sales and deliveries, double-checking items and quantities
Coordinate with drivers on loading and dispatch, and handle customer returns and exchanges
Track slow-moving, damaged, or expired items and report them to management
Learn product codes, specifications, and brands across our 2,000+ item range
Work with the accountant to match inventory records with purchase and sales invoices
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized
Requirements
Previous experience in inventory, storekeeping, or warehouse work, preferably in trading, wholesale, or hardware
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and product codes
Ability to learn and remember a large product range quickly
Basic computer skills, including Excel and inventory or accounting software (Odoo, Zoho, or similar)
Able to read product labels, specifications, and documents in English and/or Arabic
Organized, honest, and dependable, with a sense of responsibility for company stock
Physically fit and able to lift and move stock
Valid Iqama (transferable) preferred
