Description

We (Gulf General Contracting Company) are looking for highly experience electrical engineer for below job.

We are planning to carry out a complete stator rewind within the next few weeks.

Given the criticality of this activity, we would like the Owner’s Engineer to be involved in the following areas:

Review and approval of the rewind methodology and quality plan.
Verification of stator winding removal, core inspection, repairs, and rewinding activities.
Witnessing of critical hold points and manufacturing/installation stages.
Monitoring compliance with OEM requirements, applicable standards, and best industry practices.
Review of test procedures and witnessing of all electrical and mechanical tests before, during, and after rewinding.
Verification of insulation system installation, curing processes, and quality records.
Review of final documentation, inspection reports, and test certificates.
Support during commissioning, trial run, and performance validation activities.
Identification and timely escalation of any technical concerns, deviations, or quality issues that may impact reliability or schedule.


Stator Capacity : 363 MVA, 18 KV, Hydrogen cooled machine.
Total work Required for = 45 Days
Location = Jubail.
