Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage steel structure installation and construction activities at project sites.

Review structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings.

Ensure steel structure erection, alignment, bolting, welding, and installation comply with approved drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, fabrication teams, site supervisors, and project management.

Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site activities to ensure timely completion.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspection and approval.

Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Ensure all civil and structural works are executed according to approved method statements and applicable standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering only.

5–10 years of relevant experience in steel structure construction and site supervision.

Strong knowledge of structural drawings, steel erection, bolting, welding, and alignment.

Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Good coordination, reporting, and site management skills.

Candidates from mechanical or other engineering disciplines will not be considered.
