We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Recreation & Lifestyle Coordinators to join our Facilities Management team within a residential compound.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize recreational, sports, wellness, and community activities for residents.

Oversee daily operations of recreational facilities, including gyms, swimming pools, and sports courts.

Coordinate events, fitness programs, and social activities.

Handle residents' inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Ensure recreational facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential compounds, hospitality, resorts, or recreation facilities.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Good English proficiency.

Knowledge of recreational activities and event coordination.

First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage.

Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
