Description

we are hiring experienced welders for equipment, piping, flange and structural steel fabrication.

🔧 Scope of Work:
* Welding of carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems (butt welds, socket welds, branch connections)
* Welding of flanges to pipes (Slip-On and Weld Neck)
* Welding of nozzles and reinforcement pads on pressure vessels, tanks and heat exchanger shells
* Fabrication and welding of structural steel (beams, columns, platforms, supports, pipe racks)
* Welding of equipment supports, saddles, lifting lugs and base plates
* GTAW (TIG) root pass with back purging for stainless steel
* SMAW (Stick) fill and cap passes
* Dissimilar welding (CS to SS) for bellows, transitions and mixed joints
* Repair welding of defects found during NDT (RT / PT)
* Fit-up checks and weld preparation before welding
* Following approved WPS, drawings and QC inspection points

✅ Requirements:
* Valid WPQ per ASME Section IX for GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (Stick)
* Qualified on Carbon Steel (P-1) and Stainless Steel (P-8)
* 6G pipe qualification
* Min. 3 years' experience welding piping, flanges, nozzles and structural steel
* Valid welder continuity log
* Must pass a practical weld test in our shop (CS & SS)
