مطلوب مشرفين مطعم للعمل في قطاع المطاعم.

**المهام والمسؤوليات:**
- الإشراف على الموظفين ومتابعة سير العمل اليومي.
- متابعة جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء.
- تنظيم المهام ومتابعة انضباط الموظفين.
- متابعة المخزون وإجراء الجرد الدوري.
- إعداد التقارير التشغيلية ومتابعة المبيعات.
- التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والنظافة وسلامة الغذاء والاشتراطات الصحية.

**الشروط:**
- خبرة سابقة في المطاعم، ويفضل في المطاعم التي تقدم خدمة للعملاء.
- إجادة اللغة العربية.
- القدرة على الإشراف على فريق العمل وتحمل ضغط العمل.

We are looking for Restaurant Supervisors to join the restaurant industry.

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise staff and monitor daily operations.
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Organize tasks and monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Monitor inventory and conduct regular stock counts.
- Prepare operational reports and follow up on sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in customer-service restaurants.
- Good command of Arabic.
- Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure..
