Hiring: Customs Clearance Specialist – 2 Vacancies

Job Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and verify customs clearance documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and COC/PCoC.

Handle customs declarations through FASAH and SABER systems.

Follow up on customs duties, VAT payments, inspections, and cargo release.

Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities.

Monitor shipment clearance status and resolve customs-related issues promptly.

Maintain accurate clearance records, documentation, and reports.

Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure timely cargo delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding in Saudi Arabia.

Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and regulations.

Experience using FASAH and SABER systems.

Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills.

Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Valid Saudi Iqama and transferable sponsorship preferred.

Able to work under pressure and handle urgent shipments.
