WE ARE HIRING: PROCUREMENT QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (PQCS)

Al Salomi Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Procurement Quality Control Supervisor for Saudi Aramco projects.

Department: Procurement Quality Control / Quality
Reports to: Procurement Quality Manager / QA/QC Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose
Supervise procurement quality inspections of materials and equipment at vendors and manufacturers to ensure compliance with contract requirements, approved specifications, and applicable Saudi Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise vendor inspections, manufacturing surveillance, and third-party inspection activities
Verify compliance with approved vendor ITPs, inspection procedures, SAES, and SAMSS
Coordinate inspection notifications, hold/witness points, and factory acceptance tests (FAT)
Review material certificates, test reports, traceability records, and inspection release documentation
Track supplier NCRs, corrective actions, and punch items through closure
Coordinate with procurement, vendors, inspection agencies, and Saudi Aramco representatives
Maintain inspection status reports and escalate quality issues affecting delivery

Requirements

Must be Saudi Aramco approved
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification acceptable under the project contract
Relevant procurement/vendor inspection and supervisory experience meeting Saudi Aramco Schedule Q personnel criteria
Saudi Aramco procurement inspection experience strongly preferred
Skills in vendor ITPs, FAT, manufacturing inspections, NCRs, material traceability, and inspection records
Strong English communication and technical reporting

Ideal Candidate
Experienced vendor-inspection supervisor with proven Saudi Aramco procurement QC knowledge and the ability to coordinate multiple manufacturers and inspection agencies.
